Construct new locker rooms, ticket offices, public restrooms, concessions, press box and security perimeter wall
Re-purpose driver’s ed lot for parking - Construct new parking area on north side of stadium - revise gymnasium parking
Site Work: retention, drainage, sod, track re-surfacing, electrical service upgrade, landscaping and sidewalks
New lighting and sound system
