Provide more efficient front of school facilities (visitor, head teacher, bursar, admin and medical facilities).

Meet government guidelines.
Meet the working requirements of the Head Teacher and support staff as determined from a ‘needs definition’ exercise.
Improve the medical room.
Deliver the needs at minimum cost.

10. Temporary Arrangements
The temporary access arrangements are being finalised and all parents will be advised of them before the start of the works.
The vehicle access will remain, but will also be used by the contractor.
The visitor entrance will be via the door adjacent to the kitchen.
The current offices will be relocated.
The construction site will be fully secured and a risk assessment conducted to ensure the pupils and staff are kept safe throughout the works.
