The Founder & Managing Director of Bear Global Services is Maximo Cavanagh who over 10 years occupied the Board and Executive Roles in the Caterpillar Dealer for Argentina and Uruguay. He also collaborated during 2 years with the Global Mining Division of Caterpillar in Australia. He is also a Board Member of a Private Equity Fund that is developing a Junior Mining Company. He also served as an Executive of a Local Holding and the Construction Chamber. Our Mining, Chemical and Energy Division is leaded by Oscar Vazquez as a Partner. He was a Director in the Caterpillar Dealer for Argentina and Uruguay and served as a General Manager of an Anglo Gold Project in Argentina (Cerro Vanguardia), Global Director of Heavy Mining Equipment for Anglo Gold Ashanti, Senior Engineering for the Feasibility Study at OroPlata (Andean Resources).
