SELF MOTIVATION Intrinsic Motivation  Stems from feelings of achievement and accomplishment and is concerned with the state of self-actualization.  Mother Teresa's work in the slums of calcutta,India,not only motivates the people who work with her work but also many others who simply hear about her work and then want to join the team.  Some of the intrinsic Motivators and praise, recognition, responsibility, esteem, power,status,challenges and decision making responsibility.

1.Be Happy  Happy people are easily motivated.  Happiness in your birth right so don’t settle for anything else.  In time completion of your office work will make to more happy.

2.Self Development.  Spend at least one hour a day in self development  Read good books or listen to inspiring tapes.  Implement what you learn from your reading and listening. It will give you excitement and energy to work harder toward achieving your goals.

3.Get out from your Comfort Zone  Be willing to leave your comfort zone.  The greatest barrier to achieve your potential is your comfort zone.  Great thinks happen when you make friends even your in discomfort zone.

4. Stop Limiting Yourself   Don’t indulge in self limiting thinking  Think empowering expansive thoughts.

5. Finish what you start  Train yourself to finish what you start.  So many of us become scattered as we try to accomplish a task.  Finish one task before you begin another.

6.Positive Attitude  Your attitude is your biggest asset.  Positive thinking is extremely important as your thoughts and attitude will influence your plans and actions.  Do not let negative thoughts or people influence you. Do not get frustrated or depressed. BE POSITIVE.

7.Never Give Up  Never quit when you experience a setback or frustration.  Success could be just around the corner.

8.Dream and Dream Big  Dare to dream big dream  Only when you have a big dream, you will be determined to follow it and make it real.

9.Mistakes Happens  Don’t be afraid of mistakes happen  Wisdom help us to learn lesson from mistake and never repeat it.

10.Live Life to the Fullest  The real tragedy in life is not in how much we suffer, but rather in how much we miss. So don’t miss a thing.  we must be prepared at any moment to sacrifice who we are for who we are capable of becoming.
