Our Wines Encore- NEW – Pinot Grigio Vintage 2012 – A blend of barrel and steel fermented Pinot Gris allows this wine to keep the aromas of apples and vanilla with flavors of spice and subtle oak. Deliciously light and pleasing. Overture -NEW – A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. Vintage 2011 – Oak fermented. Full of wild berry and pepper flavors. Sure to please dry red love Declaration – Merlot, medium body, low tanin. Smooth finish for a dry red. Great with italian red sauces and burgers. Freedom (Replaced by Overture) – We have less than a case left. We will sell individual just please do not promote at a party Amber Waves of Grain – White Merlot – Very similar in taste profile to a White Zin. Smooth upfront with a tangy finish. – Taste fantastic with berries, anything lightly sweet or just by itself. How Clubs Work? Minimum of 3 months required Concierge clubs designed for the customer, by the customer Wine Clubs – Customer selects one of the below: Sample my way through All Sample my way through Dry Sample my way through Sweets – Ice wine is included in sweet, but is not sent every month Coffee & Tea Clubs – 1 st month begins with Sampler pack & tracking sheet for the customer to jot down thoughts on samples Customer is able to choose, caffeine, decaf, flavor, medium or dark roast or mix – HQ selects specific samples Customer receives total of 8 samples from coffee or combo club or all samples of tea for tea club – End of 1 st month HQ contacts the customer to determine their club design Customer needs to be ready to design club, club will begin on month 2 as scheduled – Specific details of the club are designed by the customer, but all clubs are charged on same day, and are delivered or shipped the 1 st Friday of every month. $8.99 Non Wine & $12.99 Wine Club shipments Delivery charges based upon mileage and location if HQ delivers Consultants may pick up from HQ and deliver at no charge to the customer – at consultant request – Consultants must pick up that weekend of delivery. – **Changes to club design or cancellations must be made two Fridays before club charge/delivery day. Policy Document -Start Hostess Section I - Host Bookings to count for future booking rewards – All bookings must be scheduled and submitted for a Gathering ID prior either before or at the same time the tasting order is submitted. – Any bookings submitted post, will not count towards prior host rewards. Booking requests submitted outside of a Gathering should be submitted directly to via Consultant Personal order form for a gathering ID and tasting Free bag of coffee or tea & 10% off purchases at booked tasting, is only available to Host the gathering was booked from, if the host physically attends the tasting. Tasting Kits for Gatherings Tasting Kits must be ordered one week prior to tasting to ensure on-time shipment and readiness for pickup. If Gathering schedule does not allot for this time, please contact HQ to discuss and see if we can accommodate. If Gathering Sales Value (GSV) does not meet Tasting Kit requirement kit value will be deducted from commissions. Local deliveries to customers All deliveries made outside of Barberton to customers or consultants will have a delivery or shipping fee. – It is the discretion of HQ to determine if its shipped or delivered. – If a consultant is local to HQ they have the option to pick up their order or any customer’s non-gathering order. In this instance the individual order would be free pick up. Receiving Payments for Wine Parties All parties that involve wine, payments must be made via credit card (mc, visa, discover) or check made out to ‘American Serenade’. No exceptons.
