2. How Clubs Work? Clubs are Concierge Clubs – Customer choose the two items they want to receive each month. Coffee & Tea Club Designs – 1 st month begins with Sampler pack & tracking sheet for the customer to jot down thoughts on samples Customer chooses category(ies) for their samples: caffeine, decaf, flavor, medium or dark roast or mix – HQ selects specific samples within the category (ies) selected by the club member. Customer receives a mix of samples (7 total) – Depending on which category or how many they select they could receive duplicates. – End of 1 st month HQ contacts the customer to determine their club design Customer needs to be ready to design club, club will begin on month 2 as scheduled – Specific details of the club are designed by the customer, but all clubs are charged on same day, and are delivered or shipped the 1 st Friday of every month. $8.99 Non Wine & $13.99 Wine Club shipments – **Changes to club design or cancellations must be made two Fridays before club charge/delivery day. How to change their club? – Each month an email is sent to all club members a week prior to shipping/charge notifying them of their upcoming club. Customers may change their club at this point. What if I need more than 2 items each month? – It is your club, you choose. Do you need 2 coffees and 1 tea? Do you want coffee one month and every once in awhile change it up to a tea club? Purchased at a Gathering. – 1 st month will be charged with Gathering & shipped with Gathering order to Host unless Guest requests to pay extra for direct shipping. Hostess only receives credit for the first month club paid for at the time of the Gathering. – Remaining months will be charged outside of Gathering Sales and on monthly basis and will come directly to club member. Purchased outside of Gathering – Will be charged each month at time of club and sent to designated address of club member starting with 1 st month

Our Concierge Clubs Our clubs are Concierge Clubs, use the word ‘concierge’ The clubs are designed by each club member, they are not flavor of the month clubs During your tastings, talk about the clubs after your 1 st wine has been tasted. The assigned consultant receives commission each time the customers club is charged. Talking Points during Tastings: 1.We are a throw back to the way businesses used to be 2.Every club is designed by the customer for the customer 3.You choose the two items you want to receive every month and you can change them (notice required) 4.Our coffee, tea clubs start with a sampler pack of our products (7 samples) a.Customers may opt out of the samplers if they know what two products they want in their club. 5.Delivery service to you, let us do the work and pamper you 6.Pamper yourself with gourmet products without the gourmet price tag 7.Even with shipping club breaks down to $.40/cup for coffee and less for than $.33 for teas 8.Check one thing off your grocery list. 9.Change your coffee or tea drinking habit of getting a caffeine fix into a delicious ‘experience’. 10.Support small businesses 11.All products hand designed, most of our coffees are Organic & Fair Trade (all teas are …)

4. Example Email We hope you enjoyed pampering your taste buds with your American Serenade coffee samples. It is time to design your club. You receive two bags each month. Your first club will start this coming month. Which two bags of coffee would you like to receive? How it works: -Club is charged and shipped the first Friday of each month. -We send reminder emails the Thursday prior. This is your reminder of the upcoming charge and also if you would like to change your club up (different coffees or move between coffee and tea) you would need to notify us by the next day Friday, so we have one week notice. We will use the card you provided to us to charge your shipment every month.
