2 What is the Salon Program?
The Salon Program is an easy way for you to partner with local salons and hair stylists to generate new leads and make more money.

3 Your Objective Your objective is to get local hairstylists to participate in the Salon Program by selling Body Wrap Certificates to their clients at a discounted price, requiring them to attend the FREE Energy and Weight Loss Class (seminar) and One-on-One Evaluation before redeeming their Certificate for the service. This provides you with the opportunity to speak with these potential patients and close programs with them to begin their journey to look great, feel great, become healthy, and lose weight!

4 Gather Salon/Stylist Leads
Create a list of local salons and stylists by going to Google or any other search engine and searching within a 5-10 mile radius of your clinic. Purchase a mailing list of salons and stylists with salon name, address, contact name, and phone number through InfoUSA.com or any other list service to create your Salon Lead list. Purchase an list of the same (above #2).

7 Personally Visit Each Salon
Personally VISIT each Salon by dropping by and explaining the program to them. Take a small gift bag for them and include a Body Wrap Gift Certificate for them to try, along with a sample Shake, Berry Greens and/or Cardio drink mix and an apple, orange, or healthy snack inside. Be sure to have the Acrylic Sign Holder with the Salon Program Flyer in it along with 20 Body Wrap Certificate/Brochures to leave with them to display at their stylist booth.

Explain to them how easy the program is and how they can make $500 - $2500 every month with: No obligation No cost to them No additional work No high pressure selling And…They keep 100% of the money!

9 Tell them How it Works We give the Stylist Body Wrap Certificates for FREE along with a beautiful display. These are good for a full-body detoxification wrap in our clinic ($85 Value). This is NOT a take-home wrap. This is an hour long SPA service in our Wellness Clinic. Stylists sell them to their clients. You can sell them for any amount you would like. Most stylists sell these wraps to their clients for $25, although some range anywhere from $15-50. Stylists keep 100% of the sales. Yep, that’s right! No matter what you sell the body wraps for, you get to keep EVERYTHING you make. No splitting anything with us. It’s a WIN-WIN-WIN! You win because you are bringing extra income. Your clients win because they are getting a fabulous spa treatment at a VERY discounted price. And we win because we are getting traffic into our clinic!

12 Income and Tracking Log for Stylists
This Income and Tracking Log is optional for their use should the stylist want to track their sales. We recommend they do use it just so they can see each month how much money they actually made off of selling the Body Wrap Certificates.

13 Script for Stylists to Use to Sell Body Wrap Certificates to Clients
This Sales Script is optional but is provided for their use should the stylist feel uncomfortable and not know what to say about the wraps, your clinic or how to bring it up with clients. We recommend they become very familiar with the verbiage on the Certificate/Brochure as well.

14 Other Ways to Market to Your Salon Leads
Mail a Postcard This postcard can be personalized with your clinic information and marketing phone number for them to call for more information. If you use the postcard we recommend doing a 3-series drop and mailing the same postcard 3 times, 3 weeks in a row. Your marketing coordinator will call to follow up one week after each drop.

In addition you are able to capture their information and have your marketing coordinator follow up immediately.

18 You MUST Use Your Marketing Tickler System to Track your Salon Leads
To ensure your Salon Program success it must be MANDATORY that your Marketing Coordinator track your Salon leads in their Marketing Tickler System. Fill out a Potential Patient Lead (PPL) Sheet for each Salon/Stylist and work the system with the PPL Follow Up Sheet in your Marketing Tickler System Binder the same way you do with every other lead. *Next months marketing webinar will be on the Tickler Systems

19 Have your Marketing Coordinator Use this SCRIPT when Cold Calling for the Salon Program
Use this script when calling to follow up on Salon Program Leads. Your Marketing Coordinator should be PASSIONATE about your program and you should be able to hear that passion in their voice when they are making calls. They must follow the script and build a relationship with each Salon lead.

22 Remember… The Salon Program is only as good as the person working the leads. If you start with a list of 50 salons/stylists, get 20 of them to participate in the program, and receive 10 new leads a month… it is a success! Remember this campaign is harvesting NOT hunting. However it CAN generate significant REVENUE for your clinic if managed properly.
