Christmas desserts

What deserts will Slovene introduce? We will introduce you 2 deserts. First desert is: Marble cake Second desert is: Christmas cookies

Marble cake Ingredients:  200 grams of butter  24 decagram of sugar  1 egg spoon of lemon peel  4 eggs  1,8 litres of milk  500 grams of flour  1 bag of baking powder  40 grams of cocoa  2 spoons of icing sugar  1 egg spoon of butter and flour (for baking tray) 1.We take muodl for Marble cake and spread around butter and flour! 2.In big bowl we give butter, limone peel, eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and mix it. 3.We take another bowl and pour half dough. In other half we add cocoa and mix it. 4.Turn on oven on 200°C. 5.In mould for Marble cake we pour all of the first dough and then add another bowl of dough and we mix it with fork that the dough mixes in. 6.We give mixture in oven and bake it for 60 to 70 minutes.(in warm oven). 7.When the Marble cake bakes, we leave it to cool down. After some time, we pour melted chocolate or something else.

Christmas cookies Ingredients:  250 grams of flour  100 grams of butter  100 grams of icing sugar  1 egg yolk  1 knife end of baking powder  2 spoons of cream  1 package of vanilla sugar  1 spoon of lemon peel  1 pinch of salt 1.We knead flour and butter. 2.Then we add other ingredients 3.We knead the dough and leave it in fridge for 1 hour. 4.We knead the dough thin and made optionally shapes. 5.In baking tray we give wax paper and coat it with egg. 6.We turn on Oven at 180°C and bake the cookies. P.s- We can decorate cookies on a lot of ways. We can coat it with jam, honey, chocolate or we can soak it in milk, cocoa and coffee. They can be in a lot of different shapes (case: Santa Claus, deer, bear, present etc.)
