2  are among the most powerful antioxidants in all of nature..  seem to reduce the occurrence of urinary tract infections…  are a good source of potassium, calcium, Vitamins A, C, and E, folic acid, and fiber.

3  INGREDIENTS: 1 kg blueberries 1-3 kg sugar 2 lemons  How to prepare it: Wash the blueberries and put them in a pan. Add 500g of sugar and let them for 24 hours till they let the syrup. Drip the syrup and add the rest of the sugar. Add the juice of the 2 lemons. Let it for 2 or 3 days till the sugar melts. Put it in bottles.

4  INGREDIENTS: -400g flour -300g sugar -1 baking powder -A little salt -1 egg -400g blueberries -4 spoons of starch -225g cold butter DIRECTIONS: Mix the flour with 200g sugar, the baking powder and salt. Add the egg and the butter cut into small pieces. Mix this composition. In a tray greased with butter pour half of the composition. Mix the blueberries with the starch and with 100 g sugar. Pour the blueberries on the composition from the tray. Put the other half of the composition over the blueberries. Put the tray in the oven to 190 degrees for 45 minutes till the pie is browned. When the pie is cold cut it into cubes.

5  INGREDIENTS: 2 kg blueberries, 1 kg sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice  DIRECTIONS: Wash the blueberries under cold water and put them in a pan with the sugar for 24 hours. In the next day put them to boil to low heat for the beginning till the sugar melts and then to high heat stirring as not to burn. When the jam is almost ready add the lemon juice, boil a few more minutes and turn off the fire. Put the hot jam in clean and wet jars.

6  INGREDIENTS: - 3 cups boiled brown rice - ¼ cup brown sugar - ¼ cup white flour - 1 teaspoon cinnamon -¼ cup crushed peanuts  DIRECTIONS: Mix the rice with the blueberries and 3 spoons of sugar. Prepare 8 muffin cups and pour in every cup a little palm oil. Put the composition in the muffin cups. In another bowl mix the flour, the crushed peanuts, the cinnamon and the rest of the sugar. Add 3 spoons of solid palm oil. Put this composition in the muffin cups over the first composition of rice and blueberries. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes.

7  INGREDIENTS: -250g of blueberries - 300g of flour - 3 eggs -200g of sugar -a pinch of salt - baking soda -250 ml of milk - vanilla essence -200 g of butter  DIRECTIONS: The butter is mixed well with the yolk of the eggs, the salt, vanilla and sugar. you pour the warm milk into the mixture and gradually add the flour and the baking soda. Next, the resulting composition will be mixed with the whisked egg whites, gently mixing gently with a wooden spoon. The composition will be poured into a buttered tray, and left in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

8  HERE'S HOW YOU COOK IT: With a glove you pick the blueberries, you wash them, dry them and put them trough a sieve in order to keep the vitamins you put aside 50 ml of juice. The remaining juice will be left to boil with the water. When it hits the boiling point add the sugar and the starch mixed with a spoonful of cold water. You let it boil for about ten minutes. You pour the juice you left aside previously and mix.  You put everything into a bowl and let it cool down. When it is ready you decorate it with some blueberries. You can also add some whip cream to decorate and improve the blueberries cream's taste. YOU WILL NEED : -800 grams of blueberries -200 ml of water -60 grams of starch -80 grams of sugar

9  YOU WILL NEED: -50 grams of yoghurt -150 grams of fresh cream -200 grams of blueberries - 150 grams of sugar .HOW TO PREPARE IT: You whip the sour cream with the sugar, add the yoghurt and keep whipping. You smash the blueberries with the blender or you chop them, and mix them with the cream. The result will be put into ice cream trays and left in the freezer until the next day.  ADVICE: If you don’t have fresh sour cream you can use liquid whip cream. After spending some time in the freezer you mix it really hard and you serve it in ice cream cups, decorated with whip cream, blueberries and small mint leaves.

10 INGREDIENTS: -lemon juice (a spoonful) -blueberries ( 2kg) -sugar( 1kg)  HOW IT'S MADE: You clean the blueberries, wash them and put them into a pot with the sugar. For every layer of blueberries there must be a layer of sugar. You leave everything in the pot until the next day. The next day you add 200 ml of water and let them boil. You let the mixture until it looks even, and then add the lemon juice. You let it boil a little bit more and then put the jam in some already heated jars. The filled jars must be heated in the oven for about 20 minutes.

11  INGREDIENTS: - sugar ( 1kg) - blueberries ( 2kg) -alcohol( 500 ml)  HOW IT'S MADE: You put the blueberries and the sugar altogether in a glass recipient, in heat and cover it with a gauze. You stir the recipient from time to time so the ingredients will mix even. After a week, when the sugar has melted, we pour the 500ml of alcohol mentioned above. Afterwards you put the content in seal tight bottles.
