1. Muffin recipe

2. 1. Heat the oven to 180oC.

3. 2. Put the ingredients on the kitchen table and prepare two bowls.
2 glasses of flour
¾ of a glass of sugar
2 spoons of baking
powder
3 spoons of cocoa
2/3 of a glass of orange
juice
120g of melted butter
2 eggs
½ bar of chocolate
a cup of fruit

4. 3.In the first bowl mix the following ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa. 4. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

5. 5.In the second bowl first beat the eggs, then add melted butter and orange juice.

6. 6. Slowly pour the ingredients from the second bowl into the first bowl, mixing all the time.

7. 7. Put muffin paper liners into muffin baking cups.

8. 8. Gently pour the mixture into the baking cups.

9. 9. Sprinkle each cup with pieces of fruit and chocolate
9.  Sprinkle each cup with pieces of fruit and chocolate. I recommend using raspberries but choose the fruit that you like.

10. 10. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
10. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Don’t keep the muffins in the oven any longer than 20 minutes because they will burn.
