It is a 4 weeks-experience that consists of: 1.Homework:Five (5) action-orientated questions with self assessment. (30 days) Purpose: To nurture and cultivate foundation seeds in mind. (Briefing -60 min) 2.Homework Review: A face to face review & practical learning (4wkend x 2hrs) Purpose: 1. To review results of the homework & feedback. (60 min) 2. To learn – Rei, Seiza & Foot work (45 min). 3.Shinken Experience:A Full-day sessions (9:00am – 6:00pm) Purpose: 1. To observe changes of mind & body in action (Rei, Seiza & Sword play). 2.
