Objectives Raise the awareness about  Need for a Diet for the MIND of the young children  Vulnerability of The Young Children to Their Environment,  Formation of the PARADIGMS, especially Negative ones.  Tools to Create Positive Paradigms.  Encouraging Everyone to Embrace and Nurture Their “ Inner Child” so that They Can Experience the Wonders It Creates and Reach the Unlimited Potential Within!

Would you ask some questions to yourself?  When was the last time you were 100% present doing an activity with your child?  Was it – Fun, a Task or a Mess?  How often do you do that with your child, 1on1 if you have more than one child?  What is the default setting for that time together?

Both these trees had the same potential at one stage of their life- WHEN THEY WERE SEEDS. Their environment had significant effect which we see in their final results! Effect of the Environment:

Happy Crew

Vulnerable Children

So What DO We Know About Our Minds?  We Think in Pictures but We Don’t have a picture for Our Mind  Lack of clarity leads us into confusion  We are not even aware of how it works, what helps it, what hurts and how to develop our mental muscle.

STICK PERSON CONCEPT – You The Stick Person Concept Five Senses Five Senses + Environmental Factors As An ADULT As An INFANT Formation of PARADIGMS our Default Setting CONSCIOUS MIND SUBCONSCIOUS MIND BODY SUBCONSCIOUS MIND BODY

Our five senses are bombarding bits of information from our environment all the time 24 hours X 60 minutes = 1,440 minutes X 60 seconds = 86,400 seconds X 365 (366) days X our age, NON STOP! USING our CONSCIOUS MIND, we do need to filter the material wisely and give to our SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, only the things we want to give! Unique Food for THOUGHT

The effects of experiences during infancy and early childhood on brain development create the basis for the expression of intelligence, emotions and personality. Thus a DEFAULT SETTING is FORMED!

Root: LL. paradgma; Fr. paradigme; para and deigma to show; 1. A pattern, a model, an example; 2. Multitude of habits; 3. In grammar - Giving all the intellectual forms of a word When we focus on the paradigms, we understand the POWER of HABIT ; they not only control why we do something, but everything we do, our behavior. They produce our RESULTS ! PARADIGMS: Our Default Setting

 Are Very Vulnerable to their environment!  Have No CONSCIOUS MIND to guard unwanted negative effects of the environment  Have No Choice in what is given to them by their environment – Parents, grandparents, caregivers, community, media  They are programmed for their life with the Default Setting of their environment!  Each one of us has an “Inner Child” INFANTS & CHILDREN under the Age of 5 Years

 Raise overall Awareness about our thoughts and the vulnerabilities, particularly of the young children,  Notice what we are noticing, seeing the patterns of behaviors, in us and around us  Have a Unique Diet for the MIND  Consciously make choices to avoid negativities in the environment, Actively Create a Positive Environment and ENJOY OUR CHILDREN!!!! What Can One Do?

FOOD TRIANGLE for BODY

NO LIMITS on the SERVINGS, More the BETTER FOOD TRIANGLE for MIND SAFETY & STRUCTURE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE in the ENVIRONMENT CREATIVE PLAY VALUES TRUST HOPE

What Can Some of the Unique Diet Suggestions be for Adults and Children?

WHEN? ALWAYS!!!

 We All Think in Pictures and Actions.  NO Clear Picture of Our MIND NO Clarity about how Our MIND Works.  The “STICK PERSON” Concept Clarifies the Confusion About Our MIND.  Our PARADIGMS are our Default Setting  It is Easier to Form POSITIVE PARADIGMS when We are Young  We Can, When We Get AWARE, Can REPLACE OUR Negative Paradigms with Positive Ones, one by one.
