Our bodies need a variety of different foods so that they can keep working properly. Let’s look at the sort of foods we should be eating and why they are good for us.

Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins, minerals and other good things They help your bodies to work properly and help you grow. These are really good for us. carrot applecorn grapes

Dairy foods Dairy foods give your body energy and help you grow. These are dairy foods. milk cheese butter yoghurt
