VITAMINS AND MINERALS Apples Bananas Grapes Pears Cherries Peaches Strawberries Oranges Kiwi Peas Carrots Onions Cabbage Spinach Cauliflower Lettuce Turnip Broccoli You should eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day

CALCIUM Milk Cheese Yoghurt Fromage Frais You should eat at least 2-3 portions of milk and dairy goods a day

PROTEINS Chicken Lentils Beans Meat Soya Fish Eggs You should eat at least 2-3 portions of meat, fish or alternatives a day
