Step 1:Your organization submits completed applications paperwork, signed agreements and application fee. Step 2:Strive for Students conducts an in-depth interview with your organization and your T3 Training Candidates. Step 3:Strive for Students conducts a thorough reference and background check plus a drug test of your T3 Training Candidates. Step 4:Strive for Students schedules and confirms your T3 Training Session; 2 ½ days for T3 Training and 3 days for CareerQuest™-WRT Evaluation Session. Step 5:Strive for Students conducts your T3 Training and Evaluation; T3 Training Candidates are evaluated, tested and certified. Access to online resources are set-up.
