5 Business Roles Provide dedicated classroom space & a business liaison (Quality Systems, Sharon Wilson, Dale Greathouse) Volunteer departments for internship site (Environmental Services, Care Coordination, Maintenance, Human Resources, Food and Nutrition, Materials Management, Rehabilitation Services, Pharmacy) Identify tasks that build skills Allow instructor and coach to observe Choose peer mentor as “point of contact” Interview student for position Provide natural supports Layer on additional responsibilities Give exit interview and/Dept. Evaluation Write letter of recommendation from template MRMC
