Happiness is not a thought © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

Happiness is a feeling © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

Understanding does not necessarily bring happiness Are we searching for happiness in the right place? © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

Let’s turn the spotlight inwards… © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

The lack of happiness is due to a Conflict © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

Between Me And Myself © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

I don’t love myself © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September I don’t listen to myself I don’t trust myself I am hard on myself I criticize myself I control myself I don’t accept myself I don’t forgive myself I don’t appreciate myself

© All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September Who is ME and who is MYSELF?

The Key…is © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September the relationship between ME and MYSELF

© All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September At some point in life, due to unbearable emotional pain, the HEAD decided to take control and suppress the feelings inside. He locked the FEELINGS inside an inner prison. The HEAD assumed responsibility and became the BOSS

Does your HEAD allow your feelings to be expressed freely? © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

To dance © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September To sing To cry To approach strangers To fall in love To be creative To enjoy life When The HEAD has been in control from a young age

You become: Responsible, Strong, Serious, Loyal and Logical © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September As well as: Critical, Restrictive, Suspicious, Worried, Stressful, Un-spontaneous, Rigid, Argumentative, Inaccessible, Controlling, Patronizing, Fault-finding, Distant, Heavy, Old and Unhappy

To control the HEART, The HEAD applies the following techniques: © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September Makes The HEART forget what it really wants by constant brainwashing Confusion Doesn’t show love and doesn’t give compliments Neglect Severe self criticism Belittling Guilt Blames emotions for all the bad things that happen Fear Plants Seeds of Fear in the emotional garden Tells the HEART it is insane and needs medication Medication

The HEART finds itself in prison not understanding why © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September And then there are….

© All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September FITS of ANGER SADNESS DEPRESSION DESPAIR Because this is what happens to anyone who is unloved, not trusted, restricted, controlled, punished, prevented from expressing themselves, and isolated from the world

© All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September Some HEARTS fall into depression while others choose to fight back: EATING (disorders) CHAIN-SMOKING ALCOHOLISM SHOPPING SPREES spending The Head’s money SELF-MUTILATION and SUICIDE ATTEMPTS

Or… © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September ILLNESS

And only then does the HEAD permit: © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September Rest Vacation from work Receiving empathy from others It is OKAY to cry, to appreciate life, to get love and attention…

But the price is high © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September It can kill you

The lack of inner balance manifests itself in physical illness. © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September According to Chinese Medicine, the organs are divided into 2 groups HEART (Yin (& HEAD (Yang(

HEAD (Yang) © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September organs that are connected with discipline and restraint, (known as the hollow organs): small intestine, large intestine. stomach, bladder, bones, prostate, lymphatic system, blood vessels.

HEART – Yin Organs (Yin) © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September heart, kidneys, liver, spleen, lungs, gallbladder, blood, bone marrow, most of the female organs. A problem with these organs may indicate emotional pain which occurs below the radar of the HEAD

A great remedy for example is simply to cry, every child knows that, © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September but the HEAD does not allow this, considering it a weakness, thinking that by ignoring the pain, it will go away by itself

Illness is not the only condition related to the conflict between the HEAD and the HEART, there is also: © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September Restlessness Depression Fertility problems Eating Disorders Low Self Esteem Anxiety Attacks Lets summarize O bsessive C ompulsive D isorder

© All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September Remember that these problems are only external symptoms of the inner relationship, and the absence of The Inner PARENT. HEART THE INNER PARENT HEAD

Trilotherapy 1 st Step  A mediation talk between HEAD and HEART  To help them understand each other  Express their mutual difficulties with each other  Assist them to ask each other for help  Then love and forgiveness © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

Trilotherapy 2 nd Step  IT IS YOU!! And YOU should lead the way… To awaken The Inner Parent, the Host, The True Self The One that carries the HEAD and the HEART © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

The Right The HEAD It is time for new management © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September In Trilotherapy you move between 3 chairs The Left The HEART The Middle The INNER PARENT The one who needs to be awakened from so many years of passivity In Buddhism it is called Enlightenment

Trilotherapy is truly amazing and mind opening. © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September Shifting between the chairs flows very naturally, During the mediation talks, The HEAD and The HEART solve a lot of problems which were unresolved due to the lack of communication. By sitting on the chair in the middle it becomes clear: I was not AWAKE enough, and that I let my HEAD and my HEART guide me instead of ME leading them..

…and leading them is not as complicated as you think © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September 2010.

In a short space of time, Trilotherapy makes it possible to achieve a healthy inner balance which restores peace and self love to WAKE UP the Authentic Self and to attain new inner leadership Psychology, Zen & Happiness © All rights reserved to Nissim Amon. September They all become ONE
