What is Civilian Employee Assistance? Confidential employer-based service designed to assist civilian employees with personal, family and job-related problems as a means of protecting and improving their job productivity.

What is Civilian Employee Assistance?  Managed total civilian workforce service that provides confidential referrals (following a telephonic assessment) to medical, alcohol/drug, psychiatric, financial, legal, or other professional resources, when appropriate.
