Where Do You Fair? Test your Entrepreneurship skills

S.W.O.T  SWOT is an assessment tool used in business circles to analyse people/ideas etc. SWOT stands for:  Strengths  Weaknesses  Opportunities  Threats

Read the statements and on a sheet of paper respond by writing: “Most of the Times”, “Sometimes”, or “Hardly Ever”.  I have a great deal of energy.  I am confident that I can do what I set out to do.  I can plan for the future.  Money is important to me.  I take responsibility for my own actions.  Achieving my goals is more important to me than financial security. Most of the time Sometimes Hardly Ever

 I see problems as challenges that make daily life interesting.  I am able to set goals myself.  I am comfortable with risk.  I am able to learn from my mistakes.  I am willing to seek help when I need it.  I strive for excellence in everything I do. Most of the time Sometimes Hardly Ever

 I am flexible.  I am reliable.  I have the ability to be creative and innovative.  I interact well with others. Most of the time Sometimes Hardly Ever

The Results  Give yourself 2 points for every statement you answered “Most of the Time”.  Give Yourself 1 point for every statement you answered “Sometimes”.  Give yourself a 0 for every statement you answered “Hardly Ever”.  32 – 20 You have the makings of a successful entrepreneur! Congratulations.  19 – 10 You show potential, but must focus on your weaknesses to maximize your potential.  9 – 0 You need to work on developing the skills to be a successful entrepreneur. You should find a partner to counterbalance your strengths / weaknesses.
