7 Engaging Prior Knowledge ® Making Decisions  How do you usually make decisions?  What criterion do you utilize?  Write down in your notebook how you make decisions. Discuss these processes with your team Share out the most effective model that you have in your group.

8 ® Discussion Using SWOT This is one of the most common decision models. The 4 blocks stand for:  Strength  Weakness  Opportunities  Treats to Success

12 Minimize Threats for Success ® Discuss  What are the potential threats that could derail your project? How can you be proactive with these? Share out with your group

13 Share out Whole group ® Discuss  What were potential successes, weaknesses, opportunities or risks that you have seen with your potential projects?  What have you proposed to counteract any negatives impacts on the success of your project?
