Research has shown that talent, abilities and intelligence can be learned and developed. Those with a growth mindset appreciate the value of success when they’ve worked hard to achieve it. Fixed mindset Those with a fixed mindset believe that people are born with natural ability, intelligence or talent. These talents or abilities then determine their level of success in the future.
