9 A major part of completing any project or investigation is reviewing or evaluating the process. A SWOT analysis can be used as part of this process. Task: Complete your own SWOT analysis of your problem solving activity on page 18 of your booklet. Identify the strength and weakness of your investigation as well as the possible opportunities and threats that may be encountered when trying to identify and suggest ways to make your school more sustainable.

10 Task Use your SWOT analysis and follow the bullet points below to help you write a personal review of your challenge. What skills did you use in this project to help you solve your problem? What were your main strengths? What were your main weaknesses? What were the opportunities or threats? What other methods could you have use to help you solve the problem? What other methods could you have used to identify the environmental problems around the school? What would you do to improve upon your weaknesses in the future when problem solving? Write your personal review on page 19 of your booklet.

11 Now swop with a partner. Use the task instructions at the top of the page as a checklist of what has been included. Tick off each bullet point if you can find it in their review. Don’t forget to look out for spelling, punctuation and correct grammar! Can you set them a target to improve?
