Typical Warranty Procedure Customer provides basic vehicle information: VIN and/or sub-component serial number Vehicle Mileage Principal concern & cause if known, estimate to repair CBS Warranty Team will file for pre-authorization with manufacturer CBS Warranty Team responds to customer with pre-authorization or recommended procedure if applicable Up to 48 hours turn around needed for answer Repair is made CBS Warranty Team files final claim for reimbursement
