2 The Early Days In 1973, Larry Klein and Jim Nelson began a quest to build superior car wash products in their small, two stall garage in Bondurant, IA.

3 Dean Avenue Two years later, due to strong demand, RYKO moved to a larger facility on Dean Ave. in Des Moines.

4 Grimes Facility In 1984 RYKO moved to its present day World Headquarters, located just outside of Des Moines in Grimes, IA. The 300,000 square foot building located on 28 acres is home for Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, Research and Development, Manufacturing and Distribution centers.
