Its never to late to start... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qX9FSZJu448 This clip is 4:54sec. It should encourage learners to want to develop a plan. The last section of this lesson is on developing an action plan to start exercising and continue exercising in the future. 40min till here

When- how often in a week would you be able to do this activity When- how often in a week would you be able to do this activity? Where- where would this activity take place Cost- What is the cost involved? Can I afford it? Learner still need to chat through Part 2 of Activity 5 in their groups by looking at the implications of the different sporting options. Explain to them that this part is a research componant. They need to look at all the possibilities before making their final choice. They are looking for a strengthening and aerobic option. After completing all the research then they need to make their final choice. Now put this plan into a time slot in Part 3. Write down 3 goals for yourself in Part 4. Learners need to finish this activity for homework. Ask them to bring it to class the next lesson OR put it up in their room and try to start following it this week. You could make a date in 2 weeks to spend 5 min evaluating how their long term plan is going.
