3 Solution: What is it? Health application launched by Google in early 2014 focused on increasing activity and helping others lead a healthier life. How does it work? 'SMART‘ algorithms analyze the available data and detect whether the user was walking, running or riding a bike. Uses speed, motions of the device and a large amount of data already available on Google's servers.

4 Benefits Tracks important health information such as weight, nutrition, calories burned and active minutes. Ability to track many activities. Ranging from Aerobics to Rowing. Compatible with all wearable android devices. Including many other apps like Nike, Runtastic, and Map My Fitness.

Sync to any tablet, smart phone, or wearable android device User can also track their progress on computer. After syncing device user enters information such as gender, height and weight.
