Selecting the Right Course The successful completion of an English course in S4-6 depends upon each of the following criteria: The recommendation made to you at the end of S3/S4 and the advice given to you by your current class teacher based upon your attainment during the course. Realistic awareness of your own strengths, development needs, ability and aptitude in this subject. Your willingness to work hard   It is essential that you begin the course at the appropriate level for you. This will prevent serious difficulties at a later stage. Levels can be changed throughout the course of the year if you are coping very well or showing signs of struggling
