Contract Number - Administration The Administration screen allows you to: Obtain Reports Open Profile Manager in order for the Administrator to perform/request updates to his profile Inform Cisco about individuals who have left the company Inform Cisco about individuals who are obtaining support and may not be authorized Register a new individual to obtain a Cisco.com ID

Contract Number - Administration: Reporting To obtain reports, on the Administration screen: 1 Click on the report type: - by Name - by Contract Number 2 - by Group Select the Name(s), Contract Number(s), or Group(s). Click the Export to Excel button (a report will be displayed). 2 3 2

Contract Number - Administration: Report Information Reports include the Contract Number, Contract Type, and: Whether the Individual is Blocked from the Contract (“Blocked” - individual does not have the Contract in his profile for support access. “No” - the individual does have the Contract in his profile for support access.) The Individual’s First, Last Name, Cisco.com ID, Address and Email Whether the Individual can Download Software (“Yes” or “No”) What Type of Technical Support Access the Individual Has (“Open” – can open support requests, “Update” – can update requests, “Query” – can check status of requests) Whether the Contract Number is Locked (“Yes” – it is Locked and the Contract Number is already in the individual’s profile. “No” it is not Locked and is in the individual’s profile). Whether the Contract includes Software Download (“Yes” or “No”) What Type of Technical Support Access the Contract Provides (“Query”, “Update”, “Open”) The Contract Company’s Name and Address If the report is “by Group”, the Group Name

Contract Number – Administration: Other Links On the Administration screen: The Profile section contains three links that go to the Cisco.com Profile Manager application where the Administrator can manage his profile. The Contact Cisco section contains two links that enable the Administrator to enter the Cisco.com ID of an individual and sends an email to the appropriate Cisco team to take action. The Locate Other Administrators link enables the Administrator to enter a Contract Number they manage in order to see a list of all the Administrators for that Contract Number. The Registration link opens the Cisco.com Registration application to create new Cisco.com IDs.
