Click Sign In My Account at the top of the homepage, then click the No Account? Register now! link to create a User ID and password for the first time.
If you already have a current User ID that you have forgotten or need to reset a current Password, click the Sign In link. Then click Forgot User ID / Password? and follow the prompts to reset your User ID or Password.

4. Step 3
In the Confirm your Cox Services section, select the method in which you would like to validate your account and enter the required information as shown on your Cox bill.
For Validation with Account Number and Cox PIN or SSN
Fill in the following fields.
16-digit Account Number
4-digit Cox PIN (or last 4-digits of the SSN)
Security Challenge: Enter the letters that are in the box.
Note: If the Security Challenge doesn't display, you may need to disable your ad blocker and refresh the page in order to continue.

5. Step 3
Click Continue to Next Step.

6. Step 3 For Validation with Address, Phone Number and Cox PIN or SSN
Fill in the following fields.
Address Line One: Your service street address
Address Line Two: Apartment number (if applicable)
Zip Code
4-digit Cox PIN (or last 4-digits of the SSN)
Security Challenge: Enter the letters that are in the box.
Note: If the Security Challenge doesn't display, you may need to disable your ad blocker and refresh the page in order to continue.

7. Step 3 b)Click Continue to Next Step.
If there are multiple matches for the address you entered, you will be prompted to select the correct one.

8. Step 4
Enter the required information to create your Cox User ID and Password.
Enter the User ID you would like to use.
The User ID will need to be verified to ensure it is not already in use. While it is verifying it will look like this.
Once the User ID had been verified, it will look like this.
Enter a Password.
Cox High Speed Internet customers will be given the option to elect if they would like to create address with their User ID.

9. Step 4 Click Continue to Next Step.
If yes, click Yes, I will create a Webmail account.
If no, click No, I will use my existing address.
Click Continue to Next Step.

10. Step 5
Enter the address you would like to use to validate your account.
An incorrect or invalid address may prevent you from being able to receive important notices, or complete the Bill Payment process online.
Select a Security Question and enter a Security Answer.
Select whether you would like to enroll in Paperless Billing.
Review the Privacy Policy, then click Register Account.

11. Step 5
Result: The address you entered will receive a Validation . Open the and follow the instructions. After the validation is complete, you will be taken to the following screen.

12. Step 6
The following image displays once you have completed the account registration process, prompting you to log into your account.
If you would like to update your account preferences which include having your PIN printed on your bill, your preferred contact method, your preferred address, and setting up authorized users, click View Profile.
