Cisco Confidential 6 1.Go to cisco.com/go/pss 2.From the Select a Task drop down menu, select “Associate Myself to a Company” 3.In the pop-up, select your country and enter a partial company name 4.Select the address for which you are located and click Next 5.An email will be sent to your Company’s Administrator 6.You will receive an email with the company Administrators contact information from gpa- admin@cisco.comgpa- admin@cisco.com

Cisco Confidential 7 What does it allow a Partner to do? 1.Associate Yourself to a Contract Link a CCO ID to a Partner Company and raise the access level to Partner Level access within the tools 2.Register Your Company Allows a Company to declare their Partner Level status by submitting needed information to Cisco How do I find my Company’s Administrator? 1.Final submission screen for Association gives a User the Administrators name and email address 2.Once associated to a company, you can click “View Profile” on PSS main page to view your company’s administrators

Cisco Confidential 8 1.Navigate to the Service Support Center Community and click the “Get Help” linkService Support Center Community 2.Once on the “Get Help,” click the link to open a case. 3.Click the Create a New Account button 4.Click the “Ask a Question” tab to open a case 5.Select the category: i.Service Tools ii.SCC Quoting-Indirect Resellers (SMS3) iii.Access iv.Logging into SMS3 6.Request to have your CCO ID granted access to the SMS3 tool. 7.Include any Bill-to Ids you need access to. 8.Click Finish Submitting My Question

Cisco Confidential 9 1.Go to www.cisco.com/go/scc to launch the Service Contract Centerwww.cisco.com/go/scc 2.Click the “Administration” tab 3.Click the “Edit” link 4.Select the correct BID from the list of available options and click “Update Contact Address”

Cisco Confidential 10 1.Under the Administration tab, click Register Contracts 2.Enter contract numbers in the box, separated by commas. 3.Click register to continue As of now, there is a bug that prevents 2-tier resellers from performing this action. The bug is scheduled to be fixed in March, 2011. Until then, only Distributors and 1-tier partners can use this functionality.

Cisco Confidential 11 1.Click the “update” link from the guest level screen 2.Click the Go Now button to sign up for additional access 3.Under the Additional Access section click “Edit this Information” to continue 4.Click “Add Bill to IDs (BIDs) to profile for ordering or support access” 5.Enter in the BIDs separated by a comma and click Submit

Cisco Confidential 14 1.When your SMS3 Access is properly set up, you should have access to the Quoting and Ordering tab. 2.Under the Quoting and Ordering tab will be three options: Generate a Quote, Quote Manager and Quote Wizard (Note: Distributors will have more options available) 3.To generate a renewal quote, your user ID must have access to the contract. Otherwise, SMS3 will create a takeover quote. ** Open a Service Support Center Case to resolve any of the above issues**
