1 Introduction to One View Service Center (OVSC)

2 Access My Facility Services from the GM Socrates Homepage.

3 GMID users will check the box before clicking the Facility Service Requests button

4 Non-GMID users will need to uncheck the box and enter their User ID and Password before clicking the Facility Service Requests button

5 If the user is not registered for services this page will display
If the user is not registered for services this page will display. The user will need to verify the information and select a location to create a profile. Once the profile has been created they can enter a new service request. If the user is already registered this page will be bypassed and user can create a new service request.

6 Select the appropriate Occ (occupant) location from the “Location” drop down menu and select the “New Request” button or the “Submit” tab in order to begin submitting a service request.

7 If the location on the drop down menu is correct, select “Yes”.
If the location is incorrect, select “No” to add a new location or change the location in the drop down menu if location has already been added.

8 Please evaluate whether your request will impact safety or production.
Provide details of the Service Location. Select the type of work required. You may use the common services or you may select from the complete hierarchy list. Select the service area if applicable. After selecting a service area please provide a detailed description of the work required.

9 If you have attachments please select the Add Files button, select the files and then hit the Start Upload button. After the files are attached select the Submit Request button to send this service request to the service provider.

10 You may now review the details of the service request before duplicating the request or completing the process by selecting the Done button.

11 Select the Home tab when finished with this view.
In this view you may cancel, escalate or print the request. You may also choose to add additional attachments by selecting the Add Notes button.

12 Please select My Account in order to update your personal information.

13 To search for a specific request click on the Search tab.
