Reserve a Room at the Office If the time slot IS NOT taken, enter the Start Date & Time and End Date & Time. Do NOT enter the client name. We have two “clients” in the system that we will use for identifying the room you want to use – if you forget to add the “Client” you MAY not get to use the room because someone else who wants the time slot doesn’t know what you want and they will pick the room they want! The Client Names we are using, are ConferenceRoom, The or FrontOffice, The. This will appear on your “reservation” as shown in Step 7 below so others will know which room you have reserved.
