3 What is CORE?  Client Outcomes & Relationship Engagement  Replaces WebIT/EDMIS but retains most of its functions  Search volunteers nationwide by keyword, expertise or industry  Tracks all interactions with each client – mentoring, e- mails, workshops, and other events  You can manage your own usernames and passwords  All chapters to be using CORE by March 2015

Our scorela.org website uses the second username so we recommend that you use it here in your account set-up. This is the user-setting email address and should be the same in both fields. CORE sends email notifications to the volunteer at this email. Username & Password can be changed here.

22 Enter 641 details as you have always done * Denotes a required field. Some fields default to “Choose Not to Respond”

25 If the Email is in Use for Your Client ‘Email in use’ means the client’s information is already in SCORE’s client database. Clients are uniquely identified by e-mail address, so you may see the message below

26 Find the Client with National Search Select the Clients tab, then National Clients to search for the entire CORE database using the E-mail address. If you don’t find the client within your chapter, you can search nationally.

27 Create a Session on Existing Client Click the Create Session button since Part 1 & 2 are already in CORE.

37 Create Mentoring Session Selecting ‘Close Out’ will automatically make your client inactive. Select the ‘Non-Session’ type to make notes or if a client is not responding to scheduling. (Will remove from ‘not yet contacted’ list report). No NPS survey sent. New Feature Email & telephone are other options TIP: Use the Non-Session & the reminder to follow- up with clients who are non-responsive. Use a Close Out if they never follow-up.

40 To Add a Workshop Session in the 641 Once Nancy has entered workshop details in CORE, you can put the date of the workshop here. The Workshop will be listed.
