2 How Members interact with ClubRunner:
Visit the web site: Receive Bulletins: Sent to you by – also available on the web site. Receive and respond to Event Invitations: Invitations to Events can be sent to members via ClubRunner. Update your member details Update or correct information about you on the Member database.

3 ClubRunner 101 Visit the web site:
Enter in your web browser; This will take you to the Home page where you can access stories (usually including the latest Bulletin), a calendar showing event dates, a list of coming events, a list of duties for the next meeting and much more. Suggestions for items for inclusion are welcome.

5 ClubRunner 101 Receive Bulletins:
ClubRunner has a Bulletin ‘generator’ that allows the Editor to put together stories, pictures and other information which is then sent to Members by Recent Bulletins are also available on the web site. There is also access to an archive of Bulletins from previous months and years.

6 ClubRunner 101 Event Invitations:
Event Invitations sent to members via ClubRunner will ensure that every member receives the invitation; The invitation provides a simple means for members to respond - by clicking a ‘button’ to Accept or Decline the invitation. There is an option on some invitations for you to register additional family members and/or guests. By responding to the invitation members will make life much easier for event organisers by allowing the generation of a more accurate list of attendees.

9 ClubRunner 101 Update your member details:
Members are able to update most of their details in ClubRunner by logging into the Members Area; If you want/need to update your phone number, address, address, or other information you can do so yourself without having to contact the Secretary or other Club officer.

10 ClubRunner 101 How to log on:
Go to the Club web site ( Click on ‘Member Login’ at the top right of the screen; Enter your ‘Login Name’ and ‘Password’ and click on ‘Login’ - if you tick the ‘Keep me logged in’ box ClubRunner will remember your login details. In most cases you ‘Login Name’ will be your name plus the club’s ClubRunner number ‘8094’ in for format ‘dford8094’ or ‘David.Ford.8094’. If you have not logged in before the password will probably be ‘8094’ - if that does not work click on ‘new user or forgotten password’ - if you are still having problems call David. You will then be returned to the web site home page – except that there is now a ‘Member Area’ option at the top right of the screen. Click on this option to go to the ‘Administration’ area.

14 ClubRunner 101 In the Members Area:
Below ‘My ClubRunner’ is a list of menu items, the first two being - Edit My Profile; and - Change My Password. If you wish to update your profile select the first option. If you are logging on for the first time it is recommended that you change your password. To leave the Members Area click on the rather small [Logout] option at the top right. This will take you out of ClubRunner and return you to the login screen.

17 ClubRunner 101 HELP for ClubRunner:
There is a very extensive help system available for ClubRunner including a Knowledge Base, Videos, Downloads, Webinars and a Bulletin Manual. To access Help from the Administration page click on the ‘HELP’ tab at top right and then ‘Support Centre’ at the left of the next row down. ClubRunner can do much more than what has been outlined above, especially for club officers. Explore the possibilities.
