What are online consultations? Portal for patients to seek advice and access self-help support to help treat their care needs Available through your GP practice website and Patient Access account Currently being piloted across 24 GP sites to assess benefits and capture good process models for wider deployment

BENEFITS TO PATIENTS Decrease the time spent on hold when attempting to call your practice during those busy periods Practice can easily triage appointments by using details provided on electronic forms Ensure patients get the right clinician/clinical care Easy to request sick notes as opposed to walking into practice or booking GP appointment Improve patient safety through red flag system alerting you to serious symptoms

Patient Access Now available via Patient Access for Emis practices
