We are going to be focusing on using email on Outlook and getting the advantages of priorities, signatures, using folders, editing outlook and understanding how to do it. If you have any questions or queries, just ask. Hope this PowerPoint is helpful to you.

Firstly we are going to learn about priorities and how it will help us in the business industry. This is really easy.. All you have to do is click “new” to make a new email, then you will click the “!” and it will highlight it yellow, so when the person who you send It to gets it, it will always be at the top of their list, so they will read it first.

To make your signature go on in the right hand side corner ‘options’ then ‘messaging’, scroll down and it will come up with signature. Just type here and then when you press it, it should come up with your signature. Then once you’ve made it, click on the icon up at the top and it should come up with your new signature. This helps in the business world and makes it a lot more easy to contact people.

To personalise your outlook, just click on the downwards arrow and it will give you some other themes to make you’re theme instead of the normal ‘blue’ theme. Example-

Right click on inbox and then it will come up with “create a new folder… Name your folder and then drag your emails to your new folder.

When you click here it should come up with a new window.. When you click browse it should come up with your files, you can pick any time of document e.g word document, pictures anything. Once you’ve clicked It is should come up automatically on your email.
