Welcome to Mrs. Rougeux’s Science Class Were going to have a great year!!!

Rules for my classroom BE RESPECTFUL to everyone in the building. Be kind with your words and actions. Always come to class prepared. Keep hands, feet and objects to yourself.

Entering The Room Get your folder and go to your assigned seat. If you need to sharpen your pencil, do so at this time. Get out your science in seconds. Answer the science in seconds. It is NOT social time.

Entering the room cont. Science in seconds are located in the front of the room by the door. If you are not in the room and seated by the start of class you are tardy.

What to do if your absent? Check the board on the side of the room. It will have the science in seconds and the agenda with what we did that day. The extra copies are located on the side of the room by the windows. Just look for the day you missed and get the extra copies. If you not sure what we did ask a friend or tablemate before you ask me. Learn to problem solve.

What to do if you don’t’ have supplies? It is your responsibility to come to class prepared. If you don’t have a pencil, borrow one from a friend. Your last resort is to borrow one from me. If you do borrow one from me then I would like to have it back at the end of class.

While in the classroom You are not to get up while I am up giving instructions. If you need to sharpen your pencil while I am talking, raise you hand. Raise you hand to speak!! Keep all papers at your desk until the end of class, you can throw them away when you leave the classroom. Remember is all about RESPECT!!!

While in the classroom cont. Keep all papers at your desk until the end of class, you can throw them away when you leave the classroom. I do NOT allow pens in my classroom. You should do all work in pencil. Remember it is all about RESPECT!!!
