You can now access your CCP document online through your “MY Profile” which is on the CRNPEI website

Next Steps When you enter your “My Profile” account, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a box that says “Create New CCP Worksheet” Click on “Create New CCP Worksheet”

At the top of the page you see 4 tabs At the top of the page you see 4 tabs. You must complete the “Worksheet Details” before you can move on Remember to hit save or Save and Continue

You can now proceed to the self assessment

At the bottom of each page, remember to either save or save and continue Save and continue allows you to move on to the next standard

As you move through each tab you will see the tile change to black

In the column “I will focus on this indicator this year”, place a check in the box of the indicators you will work on this year

If you do not rate each indicator, you will get the message below If you do not rate each indicator, you will get the message below. You will have to go back and find the one(s) you missed before you can move on to the learning plan

You can now save the assessment and move on to the learning plan

Learning Plan: You will see the indicators that you have specified that you will work on. At this point you will identify and enter your learning objectives

The next section of the learning plan is to identify a learning activity to meet you learning objective. Once finished, save and continue You can identify several learning activities

Evaluation: Reflect on your learnings and indicate how they impacted your practice. You can also list other educational activities in this text box. Soon we will have an extra form as part of the CCP online When finished click “save and view worksheet

You can update or view your completed worksheets You can update or view your completed worksheets. You can also print your document from the view tab
