2 Login Page - http://ecommerce.flowserve.com
First visit the ecommerce URL Next you’ll need to enter your ecommerce access key given to you by your admin from your company. If you do not know who to contact please and we can assist in identifying your address.

3 Terms and Email Address
Please make sure your address is correct before moving forward. Your address must be the company address. You must agree to the Privacy Statement and Terms of Use in order to submit your registration.

4 Login Screen Once you have registered it is up to the Admin to approve your registration. Once approved you’ll get a temporary password to login. Some minor things to note. If your name, or any other registration details change you will need to ask your Admin if they can approve those changes if you make them in your profile. If you forget your password please use the Forgot Password functionality to get a new password to login to the tool.

5 How to get to My Profile Once you have logged in your will be able to see your orders, quotes, and you’ll have access to your approved accounts. To add default ship to, bill to, and other my profile data to your account you’ll need to click the user icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.

6 My Profile Screen On this screen you’ll be able to edit your profile.
The more information your provide the easier it is for us to help you when we’re looking at your account. You can also change your temporary password on this screen to something that you can remember more easily in the future.

7 Billing and Shipping Defaults
On the Billing and Shipping Address location you can select your default Ship to and Bill to location. You can also request to have addresses added to the accounts as well.

8 Billing and Shipping Defaults
To Request for a new address please fill out all the information that has a star next to it. Additional information will help us contact the location in case of any issues with the shipments.

9 Other Information Section
If you need to contact your Sales Rep or Customer Rep you can find their information in the Other Information Section. If you notice any of this information is correct please let us know and we can make sure the information is updated as soon as possible. Most of this data will be automatically updated by us on a regular basis.

10 Multiple Defaults for Accounts
One final thing to note. Each Account below the Account tab has a different Sales Rep or Customer Rep based on the account. This also applies to Ship to and Bill to Locations. Please make sure to set defaults for all of your accounts so you can easily place orders without having to enter any manual information.
