How do I create my own password?
Welcome to the Getting Started Tutorial. The following information will be helpful as you get started using the Digital Library.
Let’s review how to create your own password.

2. How do I create my own password?
If you are a new user logging in for the first time, you will automatically be asked to create a new password.

3. How do I create my own password?
Enter your temporary password in the Old Password field. Type in a new password in the New Password field. Confirm your new password by retyping it in the Confirm Password field.
Click Submit to continue.

4. Security Question
You will be prompted to select one of three security questions. Select one by checking the box next to it, and type your answer in the text box to the right of the question. Click Save.

5. Terms of Service
After you log in, you will see the Terms of Service page. Read the Terms of Service and indicate that you agree with them by checking the box next to “I agree with the Terms of Service.”
Click Continue to Digital Library.

6. Forgot Your Password?
If at any time you forget your password or wish to change it, navigate to the Smarter Balanced Single Sign On page.
Click “Forgot Your Password?”.

7. Reset Your Password
Enter the address you were provisioned with and click Next. You will be prompted to enter the answer for your selected security question.
After you do that, you will receive an that contains a new temporary password. Log in with the temporary password and update your account with a new permanent password.
