1. Check the buttons at the bottom of your Alert email
All “Alert” s have interactive buttons (or links) at the bottom. One of these is “Login to site”

2. Check the buttons at the bottom of your Alert email
The link takes you to the “Log in” page for your site.
1) Click the “Forgot your password? link
2) Write the top number in the box
(This is to prevent automated “bots” from trying to hack the system)
3) Enter your address or (if you have provided it previously) your mobile number

3. Password reminder (Text message method)
You will receive a text message containing a pin number
Your USER NAME is given here, (remember this)

Enter the pin number on the website where prompted

4. You will then be prompted to create a new password
Set up a new password
You will then be prompted to create a new password

5. You have been logged in
Your password will be saved and you have been logged in to your member admin area
