Projects Binders Labs Discipline Homework Projects will be given throughout the year and will fall under the Student Work category. 10 points will be deducted for each day a project is late. A binder that is well organized is required daily in this class. This will help you to keep papers organized and is an important study skill. An organized and thorough binder is probably the single most important study tool for this class. You are expected to have this with you every day in class and it will be graded each quarter. Dividers will be organized like the following: DO NOWS Note Packets Worksheet Packets Homework Labs   _______________________________ Labs No food or drinks are allowed in my classroom. Before participating in any lab activity, a signed safety sheet must be returned. All safety procedures and rules are to be followed during labs. Anyone not performing labs safely will be dismissed from class and receive a zero for the lab. You may discuss the results of the lab with your group, but all conclusion questions are to be answered individually and in your own words. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ __________________________________ Discipline Students are expected to be respectful, be responsible, and be safe and healthy. If these expectations are not met, verbal warnings will be used, and detentions will be given if a student ignores the verbal warnings. Parents will be notified of any inappropriate behavior. _______________________________ Homework Homework is due at the beginning of class. All homework must be turned in neatly, with the proper heading. Half- credit will be given to late HW only if it is handed in the date after it is due. In order to be successful on tests, students should study their note packets and worksheets for five-ten minutes every night. Heading: Name Date Assignment (page and questions) Electronic devices should be kept in students backpacks. Devices should not be out during class, unless otherwise instructed by the teacher or with permission. PLEASE SIGN ON THE NEXT PAGE AND RETURN TOMORROW!

I have read the course information sheet and I understand and agree to follow all class policies.
