TEACHERS: Navigate to & Review Rosters https://ncdpi.sas.com

Why? Simply… to make sure that you receive the proper credit in your Standard 6 score.

NC Wise Rosters

NC Wise Rosters History area will be blank until the teacher views and/or saves the rosters. The teacher can navigate to a particular subject/grade (see Slide 3) OR they can View All.

NC Wise Rosters Cancel Changes and Save Changes will be disabled unless the roster has unsaved changes. Students who have been edited, added, or deleted will have an icon in the edits column. Clicking this icon will bring up details. Students who are claimed at more than 100% will display in a highlighted row with a clickable icon next to the total %. These students %s should be corrected.

New Term: Instructional Availability IS NOT… Instructional Availability is NOT synonymous with Average Daily Membership. Instructional Availability has nothing to do with student attendance. NOTE: ADM policy rules are applied to the data after the school year is over 140 days = full academic year 70 days = full academic semester IS… Instructional Availability refers to the percentage of time the teacher was available to teach the student. Default is 100% Let’s look at some examples… 7
