Welcome to the training session for working for Spectacular Onsite Staffing Inc. “S.O.S” To be eligible for these positions you must complete our prescreening process which includes Prescreening for experience working in your area of experience. Back ground check and verification to be presented to S.O.S client for approval. Acknowledgement by YOU to follow all rules, regulations and standards of service in place with S.O.S and the client of S.O.S.

Working with S.O.S. can be fun and rewarding. You can work at Iconic Baltimore Facilities. You can make a big difference working with your coworkers. You can achieve as a team. You can earn valuable job experience. You can be a big part helping to maintain the superior standard of service for S.O.S and the clients of S.O.S. You can maintain a sense of pride for a job well done. You can earn great money!!!

THE MAJORITY OF S.O.S JOBSITES ARE LABOR INTENSIVE. This includes significant time usually 4 to 12 hours standing, walking, ascending and descending stairs, reaching, bending, and stooping. You will be required to be able lift up to 75 pounds through out your shift on your own and up to 100 pounds with assistance from a coworker. S.O.S makes you aware of all the physical demands of the job you are to perform. It is very important that YOU make S.O.S aware of any physical challenges or physical accommodations you may need while working at any job site BEFORE accepting a job assignment.

SOS Smile and say hello to every person who is in arms length of your position. Talk courteously with everyone from event guests to your coworkers. Yield to your urge to be right. You don’t have to win every battle even when you ARE RIGHT. Lead by example. Do not wait to see someone else do the right thing. BE FIRST. Execute your job to perfection. Take pride in everything you do and in doing a job well done. POINTS

Once You have accepted the offer to become a valued S. O Once You have accepted the offer to become a valued S.O.S Team member, you will be given a S.T.Y.L.E. POINTS card to keep in your wallet. This card serves as a reminder of the standards of service we provide at S.O.S. Any S.O.S Supervisor on any jobsite can ask you to show your S.T.Y.L.E. POINTS card. If you have your card on You or If a Supervisor witnesses You exhibiting S.T.Y.L.E. POINTS standards on any job they can thank you for your efforts With a Gift card or other means of instant appreciation.

Now that we have talked about standards of service, lets discuss how we stay safe and give ourselves the best opportunity to be successful with S.O.S and valued clients of S.O.S.

SAFETY In order to work safety ALL valued S.O.S. employees must read, understand and signify by signature That they understand all rules and regulations for the jobs they perform. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SAFETY YOU are our most important people. We will make sure You are safe based on the most up to date safety equipment and Safety procedures for all jobsites. You must NEVER perform any task you have not properly been trained to perform. You must always alert S.O.S Supervisors and Supervisors on the job site if You are not 100% trained and working in a 100% safe work environment. You will never be penalized for asking for additional training. You will be removed from any work site for which you are not Exhibiting proper safety procedure. If you are working on a job site and have not been trained to perform the job. You asking for proper training will be honored. If you do not ask for training and attempt to perform tasks for which you are not trained you risk losing your position and more importantly you risk injury.

SAFETY You are the most important person to S.O.S as a valued employee. You are the most important person to your family. Lets make sure You ALWAYS make it home safe after every workday by staying… SAFE, SAFE, SAFE!!!!!

SUCCESS The best way to be successful is to be eager and interested to learn more job skills. The best way to achieve more job skills is to make yourself available for work. The best way to be considered for more job skills is doing well on the job You have been assigned. The best way to make yourself available for more work is to plan to be available for opportunities.

SUCCESS Always stay in contact with S.O.S before assignments, during assignments and after assignments end. Always have a good attitude with Clients, Coworkers and Yourself during assignments you have accepted. Always be willing to invest time and effort into your own personal growth. Always be willing to know more and go further.
