Proctored Exams Proctored Exams This is a really important discussion so listen up!  Sign up for tests using the links on student resource page. We use SignUp Genius. Students can test at Skyline and/or Issaquah High School. PLEASE be thoughtful when you sign up. Only sign up when you are sure you will be ready to take the exam. If you need to change your sign up, please go back and delete the original sign up and then choose your new session. Look at your handout, course activity report. When are your unit exams? Proctored Exams Proctored Exams What do you do when you come into the lab to take a proctored test? Bring your calculator (math) & earphones (world language) Sign the attendance sheet at front desk. Sign into the computer: Know your log in and password for the computer and Apex: https:\\alhs.apexvs.com Tell your proctor what test you need unlocked Complete the multiple choice computer scored test. Tell your proctor you need the printed test (detailed directions will be provided). The proctor will fax the test. Check your course messages that it was submitted and for grading and feedback. What can you have during testing: White boards only, no scratch paper Calculator Proctored Exams 11/28/2018

Academic Integrity-testing These are closed book tests: No other browser windows may be open No notes, books, no outside resources may be used during testing. PHONES: never in your hand during testing. Face down on desk is best, never face up. Bottom line: you may not access phone during testing for any reason. Grades How to view your grades: Course activity score report! Very important Grades 11/28/2018

How to know when an assignment has been submitted or not: Check your dashboard to see if an assignments is listed as overdue. Computer Scored assignments will be graded instantly. Teacher scored items that you submit through the message center should be scored within 3 school days and will show as overdue until they are graded. If you submit homework through the message center, go to your class mail and see that it is showing as a sent item and that you actually included the attachment. Assignment Submitted? 11/28/2018
