2 We are here to help! We are so pleased you are here to take the Clinical Nursing Admissions Assessment!  A proctor will be available at the front desk or in the room if you need any help during your exam.  Just raise your hand if you need assistance.

3 General Information  Please make sure that you have placed all items in the locker.  You will not be allowed access to your personal belongings at any point once you begin your test.  If you need to use the restroom, please come to the front desk. For reasons of academic integrity, only one person at a time may leave the room.  If you have any questions, please contact a proctor- your test will be terminated if you are talking to anyone other than a proctor during the test.

4 Let’s Get Started 1. Check that the white information card in front of you has your name spelled correctly. Make changes as needed. 2. Note the correct program you are applying to- Traditional, Accelerated, or LPN-RN 3. Write in your native language. 4. Keep your card in front of you and proceed to the next slide. 1. 7 Score Requirements Passing score for the CNAA 2015 Applicants 2016 Applicants  Passing score is a 70  Test Center staff will print your score report immediately after you finish the exam.  If you score less than a 70, an advisor will be available today in Admissions and Advising.  If you pass the test, you may see an advisor at a later date.  Passing score is a 70  Test Center staff will print your score report immediately after you finish the exam.  If you score less than a 70, an advisor will be available today in Admissions and Advising.  If you pass the test, you may see an advisor at a later date.  English Language Composite score of 80% or higher  Science Composite and Math score will be combined and averaged. 8 Supplies at your seat: 1. Scrap paper 2. Pencils 3. Simple calculator If you need more supplies at any time, contact one of the proctors.  Helpful Hints: 1. You cannot skip any of the questions. 2. Once you submit an answer you cannot go back to review the question or change the answer. 3. If a question requires you to type a response, you cannot backspace. You must highlight the text and press delete to change your answer. 4. Submit and Pause  Answer your question first, then hit submit and pause to return to home screen with the various tests sections.  Use Submit and Pause for restroom breaks and switching to another section of the exam. You may choose the order of testing.

11 How to get to your exam. Again, review the following slides before you begin. This is the first page that will appear when you go to take your exam. Click on Take My Exam. 12 Sign in screen This is where you will enter your username and password Type in Username & Password.

13 Now enter the access code  Your access code can be found on the bottom of the white card.  Enter the code exactly as it is written.  Please note- all “0”s are zeros.

14 Lockdown browser  Once you hit start exam, a secure lockdown browser will be installed on the computer.  Hit “Run” to proceed to the test.

15 Contributors  Click on the continue button at the bottom of your screen to continue.

16 Disclosure and Optional Information  Read over the disclosure agreement and click the I agree box.  Enter the optional information if you would like.  Hit continue.

17 Home screen  You should now be looking at the list of different tests.  After hitting a submit and pause button, it will always bring you back to this screen.  Remember you can move from section to section, but you have to answer the question on the screen and click submit and pause.  Make sure you finish the entire test- saving the Learning styles and personality profile for last.
