Grievance Redressal Mechanism A grievance redressal forum is constituted at District level in the office of the Assistant Director of Education District Panchayat Daman and the office of the Education officer Diu. Schools are instructed to contact the ADE/EO and ADEI for redressal of grievances. Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India

Evaluation Studies Food and Nutrition Board, Silvassa inspected the schools in Daman and the major findings as below: Hot cooked meal served regularly. Nutritional value was as per the norms. Menu is as per the children’s liking. Storage of foodgrains & vegetables etc., cooking and serving are done in hygienic conditions.
