MYP 9th Grade Video Project Planning for Performance

Freshman Video Project The Student will construct and explain a plan for improving physical performance and health.  The student will also explain the effectiveness of the plan based on the outcome.

4 Components of Physical Fitness Flexibility Cardiovascular Endurance Muscular Strength/Endurance Body Composition

What is this project all about? You will use one of the 4 fitness components as a theme to create a video of your choice. Students will work individually or with a partner on the video

The Basics 2 minute video of the fitness component Both students must appear in the video Show us (demonstrate) your plan to improve fitness Be creative and have fun with it
