COMPONENTS OF FITNESS

MUSCLES A band or bundle of fibrous tissue in a human body that has the ability to contract, producing movement in or maintaining the position of parts of the body.

The ability of your muscles to use force. MUSCULAR STRENGTH The ability of your muscles to use force.

MUSCULAR ENDURANCE The ability of your muscles to perform difficult physical activities without getting overly tired.

CARDIORESPIRATORY ENDURANCE How efficiently your heart and lungs work together when you are doing a physical activity.
