NATIONAL RADIATION SAFETY MANUAL Why? To have a standard SOPs document as a guide for radiation safety in the nuclear medicine department. To enhance the radiation safety (the quality of clinical services) of the nuclear medicine center in Malaysia to meet the current regulations under Act 304 for medical purposes
